Show jobs in Google Calendar or Outlook

Each user can see their Fieldnote jobs in their own calendar.

#Google Calendar

Each user connects their own Google Calendar from Profile > Calendar sync > Connect Google. Jobs assigned to that user appear in a new calendar called Fieldnote jobs. The sync is one way, from Fieldnote to Google: moving an event in Google Calendar does not move the job. Changes in Fieldnote show up in Google within about 5 minutes. Available on every plan.

#Outlook and Apple Calendar

For Outlook, Apple Calendar or any other app, copy your personal calendar feed link from Profile > Calendar sync > Calendar feed (ICS) and subscribe to it in your calendar app. Calendar apps refresh feeds on their own schedule, often every few hours, so this is slower than the Google sync. Treat the link like a password: anyone with it can see your jobs. Click Reset link if it was shared by mistake.
