#Set up a Zap

The Zapier integration is on the Pro and Business plans. In Zapier, search for Fieldnote, choose a trigger or action, and sign in with your Fieldnote Admin account when asked.

#Available triggers and actions

Triggers (something happened in Fieldnote):

New customer
New job
Job completed
Invoice paid

Actions (do something in Fieldnote):

Create customer
Create job request (lands in Schedule > Requests)
Add a note to a job

For anything Zapier does not cover, the Business plan includes the Fieldnote API and webhooks.
