#Upgrade

Only the Owner can change the plan, in Settings > Billing > Change plan. An upgrade takes effect right away. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, and new features are available immediately.

#Downgrade

A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period. When it does, features the new plan does not include are switched off, but your data is kept:

  • Pro to Starter: QuickBooks sync pauses, recurring jobs stop creating new visits, online booking closes, and checklist templates past the first 10 become read-only. You must be at 5 paid users or fewer.
  • Business to Pro: API keys and webhooks stop working, single sign-on is turned off (users sign in with email and password), and extra branches become read-only.

Upgrade again later and everything comes back as it was.
