Export your data or close your account

#Export your data

Admins can export at any time, on any plan, in Settings > Data > Export:

• CSV files for customers, job sites, jobs, invoices, payments and timesheets.
• Photos and reports as a ZIP file. Large exports are emailed as a download link, usually within an hour; the link works for 7 days.

#Cancel your subscription

Only the Owner can cancel, in Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no partial refunds, so you do not get money back for the unused part of a month or year. After that the account is read-only for 90 days so you can still log in and export. After 90 days the account and all its data are permanently deleted. Reactivate any time within those 90 days by choosing a plan.
