#Business hours and holidays

Set your normal working hours per weekday in Settings > Company > Business hours. Add closed days, like public holidays, under Holidays. Business hours control three things:

  • The time slots your customers can pick in online booking.
  • The shaded “after hours” area on the dispatch board. You can still schedule jobs there.
  • The “next business day” used for invoice reminders and ticket response times.

#Service areas

A service area is a list of ZIP or postal codes you cover. Add them in Settings > Company > Service areas. You can create several areas, for example “North crew” and “South crew”, and link each to a group of technicians. Online booking only accepts addresses inside a service area. Jobs outside every area show a small warning on the job page, but you can still save them.
