#Clock in and out
Technicians tap Clock in on the app's home screen at the start of the day and Clock out at the end. Breaks are recorded with Start break. Time on each job is tracked automatically from In progress to Completed. The office reviews and approves timesheets in Team > Timesheets, and can export them as CSV for payroll.
#When location is shared
Location is shared only while a technician is clocked in. While clocked in, the app sends its location about every 2 minutes while moving and less often when standing still. The office sees it on the dispatch board map, and customers see it only through the live ETA link in the “on my way” text. When the technician clocks out, location sharing stops. Admins can turn GPS tracking off for the whole company in Settings > Team > Location.
