#Take and mark up photos

Tap the camera icon on any checklist item, or Photos on the job, to add a photo. After taking it, tap Mark up to draw arrows, circles or text on it, for example to point at a corroded fitting. Add a caption so the photo makes sense in the report. Technicians can also record videos of up to 60 seconds.

#Photo size and limits

• Each photo can be up to 25 MB. By default the app resizes photos to 2048 pixels on the longest side to save data and storage.
• To keep full size, turn on Original quality in the app under Profile > Photos.
• Each checklist item holds up to 20 photos.
• Photos count toward your company's storage. See Photo storage limits.
