Photo storage limits
How much storage each plan has, what counts, and what happens when you run out.

#Storage per plan
Storage is shared by the whole company:
- Starter: 25 GB
- Pro: 250 GB
- Business: 1 TB
Photos, videos, job attachments and PDF files all count. Check usage in Settings > Billing > Storage. Extra storage can be added in blocks of 100 GB for $10 per month.
#When storage is full
At 90 percent the Owner and Admins get an email. When storage is full, technicians can still complete jobs and take photos, but new photos are kept on the phone and not uploaded until there is room again. Free space by adding storage or by deleting old job attachments in Settings > Data > Storage cleanup, which lists the largest files first. Photo reports already sent to customers keep working.
