Send estimates with options

#Create an estimate

Estimates can be sent from the office or from the technician app on site.

1. Go to Jobs > Estimates > New estimate, or tap Estimate in the technician app.
2. Pick the customer and job site.
3. Add line items from your price book, or type custom ones.
4. Optional: click Add option to offer up to 3 options, for example repair, replace or replace with a 10-year warranty.
5. Click Send. The customer gets a link by email or text.

#Approval and expiry

The customer opens the link, picks an option and signs to approve. You get a notification, and the estimate turns into a job with the chosen line items, ready to schedule. Estimates expire after 30 days by default; change this in Settings > Invoicing > Estimates. Expired estimates can be reopened and sent again.
