#Make a job repeat

Recurring jobs are available on the Pro and Business plans. Fieldnote creates the future visits ahead of time, up to 24 months ahead, so they show up on the board and in the customer's history.

  1. Open the job and click Repeat.
  2. Choose how often: weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly, every 6 months or yearly.
  3. Pick an end: after a number of visits, on a date, or never.
  4. Choose whether future visits keep the same technician or stay unassigned.
  5. Click Save. Future visits appear on the dispatch board.

#Maintenance agreements

A maintenance agreement wraps recurring visits with a price. Create one from Customers > (customer) > Agreements > New agreement. You set the visits, the price per visit or per year, and the billing: invoice after each visit, or one invoice per billing period. Editing an agreement changes future visits only; completed visits are never changed.
